What to Have Ready
A five-minute call usually settles what the problem probably is and what it'll likely cost. You'll get the most out of it with:
- Your rig: type and rough age — motorhome, fifth wheel, travel trailer, or camper.
- The broken thing: brand and model if you can read the label (a photo of the data plate is perfect for a text).
- The symptoms: what it does, when it started, and anything you've already tried.
- Your location: park and space number — or GPS coordinates if you're boondocking at the LTVA or around Quartzsite.
Where We Serve
